We offer “FREE” Standard Airmail Shipping on all our merchandise, the Price You See is the Price You Pay (PYSIPYP)

All confirmed orders with completed payment transaction are processed on the following day and despatch with 48 hours from our e-mail confirmation

Approximate Delivery Time depending on destinations :

to Hong Kong (S.A.R.) is between 4-7 days from Despatch Date

to Europe is between 16-21 days from Despatch Date

to the USA is between 15-20 days from Despatch Date

to the Rest of the World is between 18-23 days from Despatch Date

e-Express Airmail Shipping Upgrade

e-Express Airmail Service is available as an Optional Shipping Upgrade which can be purchased during checkout, this service depends on the destination and is normally swifter by approximately 4-6 days

*NOTE : All above services are subject to possible delays due to unforeseen weather conditions, postal strikes, political environments, reduced cross borders flight availability due to Pandemic outbreak, extreme weather conditions or military conflicts

Returns & Refunds

Customers are responsible for the Return Postage Costs on their merchandise, it should be returned to us unused or in it’s original condition, and employs the same shipping method as we have provided on the original shipment (*with exceptions)

We accept Returns on the condition that the merchandise purchased does not match our description of the advertised item on our website, or if the merchandise arrived damaged due to couriers or postal mis-handling of the package. All our merchandise are double checked to be in perfect condition prior to leaving our warehouse. In cases mentioned prior, we do offer an Exchange/Replacement service if acceptable by our customers, and will despatch a Replacement as soon as we can, normally within 48 hours, unless or otherwise, the item is out of stock, or are awaiting for re-stock deliveries, where by we will inform our customers of possible delays and our latest despatch time.

*Exchanged/Replaced items will not be accepted for further Returns, Refunds or Exchange/Replacements

14 Days to Return

We accept Returns within a period of 14 days from the time the package was marked as “Delivered” (based on the Tracking Results provided by the relevant courier), which can be accessed by both our Customers and ourselves

Refunds

Refunds are normally processed within 48 hours upon our receipt of the Returned Item, however, it can take up to 7 working days for the transaction to propagate through Paypal’s and our Payment System before the amount is credited back into the Customers’ Account or Credit Card. It is worth noting that Paypal may charge a small handling fee for the refund transaction

*Exceptions : The National Postal Service from whom the Customer reside does not provide similar Postal Service as we initially provided on the transaction, in which case we can accept alternatives
